Second Set of Tests
In this set of tests documents from three different collections were used:

After parsing of input html documents we have got
Input Matrix with dimention of 30-by-2388
Compression decreased dimention to 30-by-30.
Result matrix can be viewed here.
First ten lines represent documents from Museums collection, second ten - from
Research_Groups and last ten from Travelogues.
Below results of tests with different parameters are listed.
First Parameter - "max_neurons" - desired number of clusters.
Second - "radii" - maximal radius of cluster.
In part of cases radii was generated automatically.
